Worst experience in terms of hair services. Definitely not recommended. I got Keratin done from them in September and the person who was doing it was in a hurry and the result was horrible, not even a single percent change in my hair. I sent the pictures to the owner and she said that she will send someone again to do it. I wanted to do it after sometime as it will affect my hair. They sent a lady after few months and she finished the keratin in half an hour. It didn't smell like a keratin cream and looks like water was mixed in it. Again the result was zero and the owner was not ready to take the ownership of their work which is very important. Please do not take their hair services as you might just spoil your hair. NOT RECOMMENDED
